Ambiance Property Management was established in 2009 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, and has provided property management services for Real Estate Investors and Investment Property Owners and closed its business operations in August 2021.

Deepak Kumar, ARM® is the Broker/Owner of Ambiance Property Management Inc. and comes with the experience of working with clientele since 1992 in the service industry. Starting in New Delhi, India, his background ranges from restaurants, travel & tourism, and nearly 15 years in vehicle rentals.
In 2009, Deepak transitioned to property management and rentals in Winnipeg, Manitoba and moved to Lower Mainland/ Metro Vancouver in 2020.
